Annually, the department administers the Evaluation Flexibility Options Survey in order to identify each district’s desired evaluation options for the upcoming school year. This information will guide the department in providing targeted support around the evaluation process and will inform key evaluation calculations and the configuration of TNCompass.
The survey link was emailed to directors of schools and TEAM configurators on June 2 and is due by June 17. To help district administrators prepare for the survey, a guidance document (here) outlines survey questions and provides additional information about evaluation options.
Please note: TNCompass' district administrator access will be temporarily suspended on Friday, June 10, at 5 p.m. CDT. For districts who have completed the survey, access will be restored for the appropriate administrators on Monday, June 13. For those who complete the survey between June 13 and the June 17 final deadline, access will be granted as soon as possible upon the completion of the survey.
