Overview of the sessions

Culture and climate are two important cornerstones of school effectiveness.  The role of leaders in creating a culture and climate of excellence is pivotal. Leaders make the weather and determine what happens in a school and how it feels. This session will help leaders to understand how they can positively influence culture and climate and get the best out of their team. Building trust and creating the conditions for people to thrive is at the heart of this.  By the end of the session, leaders will have a toolkit of practical approaches to create a culture and climate of excellence within their own context.
