This professional learning event equips Tennessee school and district leaders with current legal knowledge and practical decision-making tools needed to lead confidently, ethically, and in compliance with state and federal requirements. Led by education attorney Chuck Cagle and his legal staff, the event connects timely Tennessee legal updates to the daily instructional leadership responsibilities of administrators, including policy implementation, risk management, personnel decisions, student discipline, special education and Section 504 compliance, school safety, and implementation of Tennessee law and local board policy.
