This Assistant Principal Networking Event is designed to support assistant principals as they strengthen planning, scheduling, communication, and instructional leadership practices that promote schoolwide growth. While the session remains part of the Assistant Principal Cohort series, all ALI members are welcome to attend and learn alongside assistant principals from across Tennessee.
Nominated presenters Dr. Lauren Bauer, Assistant Principal at Freedom Middle School in Franklin Special School District; Dr. Whitney McDaniel, Assistant Principal at Boyds Creek Elementary School in Sevier County Schools; and Dr. Aaren Cassidy, Assistant Director at University Campus School, University of Memphis, will share practical strategies from their leadership experience. Together, they will address ways to organize priorities, build collaborative systems, support teachers and students, and use data and communication to create stronger learning environments.
Participants will have time to learn from the presenters, reflect on their own leadership responsibilities, and connect with peers around common challenges and effective practices for planning, scheduling, and continued professional growth.
