College & Career Readiness Strategies - West

  • Arlington High School 5475 Airline Road Arlington, TN, 38002 United States (map)

Principals in Tennessee schools and  systems receive interesting reports on their student’s SAT/ACT performance, but these reports come with little or no specific instructions on how to improve that student data.

This TOSS/ALI professional learning day will feature “share and learn” presentations from three Middle Tennessee schools. This event is being planned in Middle Tennessee for all  Tennessee School and System leaders.

There are three goals for our learning on November 7, 2016.

1. What does the SAT/ACT measure and what can we expect on the spring assessment?;

2. How have systems in Tennessee created a culture of success on the SAT/ACT?, and

3. What are schools strategically planning and doing to improve  their student’s SAT/ACT success ?

Please join us for sharing, reporting, learning, and planning with your fellow principals, vice-principals, leadership teams, and central office staff for a great day as we strive to reach our SAT/ACT goals!
