Principal Networking Event: Leading Learning with Great Eight Strategies

Join us as Dirk Ash, Principal of LaVergne High School discusses how he and his team successfully fostered an academic-based culture through the implementation of several school-wide policies and procedures.  Faced with the challenge of serving a diverse student population plagued with high poverty, the administration of LaVergne High School sought out promising practices from across the nation and molded them to create highly effective programs for their students.  Dirk and his team will share their ‘pilfered’ programs to help middle and high school teacher and leaders find success in their schools.

The program will feature the “Great Eight” ideas that lead to LaVergne’s success as well as ‘Seven’ mistakes to avoid along your way. This event is for both Middle and High School leaders.
