This event is specifically planned for building and system leaders and will allow each attendee to look at their most recent data and study how to best plan for improved or continued student growth over time.
Although TVAAS training always has some ‘repeated’ information in any program we offer, the basic foundation of this day of professional learning is NEW.
SAS and TOSS have often worked together to provide dynamic TVAAS training across Tennessee for both beginner and advanced TVAAS users. As districts continue to increase data-driven decision making, SAS and TOSS ALI want to offer additional opportunities to help school leaders explore their TVAAS data and how it can inform their school improvement efforts. In this course, school and district leaders discover how they use TVAAS reports to inform leadership decisions.
This hands-on simulation course engages administrators are school administrative teams with data analysis and interpretation, teacher and student placement, professional development planning, scheduling, and school improvement. This event will allow your leaders to use their most recent TVAAS data to make decision to help their school grow over time. Although this event will be SIMILAR to the event we had in Hickman County, it will not be a repeat of our previous professional development days.
Principals, assistant principals, and other school leaders will benefit from this intense and informative session. The time will be spent analyzing, assessing, and discussing their own district/school data in small working groups.
