School safety is the number one concern of many parents, teachers, and staff members. 

Dr. Wanda Shelton will lead this day’s discussion on the history of school violence, and the changes that can take place in a system or school when school safety and security means ‘building strong relationships’. She will be joined across the state with current practitioners who will discuss ACES, Trauma Informed Leadership, Crisis Teams, and School Culture. Most of you have a high quality security plan. Let’s come together to learn how to ‘work that plan’ and build strong relationships.
