Leading and Learning with Supervisors 2020: A Networking Opportunity (2 Part Series - 9:00AM to 10:30AM & 1:00PM to 2:30PM Sessions CDT)

Please join TOSS ALI for our first Supervisors Networking Event!

(2 Part Series - 9:00AM to 10:30AM & 1:00PM to 2:30PM Sessions CDT)

We will begin these annual events by featuring Dr. Terry Sue Fanning, Executive Director of the Tennessee Education Technology Association as our keynote speaker. She will engage all learners as we think about technology in 2020/2021. Terry Sue is an amazing leader, serving as supervisor in two Tennessee school systems. She teachers at Lipscomb University, and she has worn many supervisory hats in the past…from assessment to curriculum, from elementary supervisor to district technology coordinator, from pre-kindergarten to secondary, and all hats in between.

We will also hear from Dr. Courtney Bennett, Director of the Warren County Schools Virtual Instruction Program in McMinnville, Tennessee. Dr. Bennett has spent twenty-two years serving rural school districts in Tennessee as both a public school administrator and college instructor. Dr. Bennett started a distance learning option for students in Warren County six years ago which currently serves students remotely in grades K-12.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity for supervisors from all over the state and in all roles to come together to network, engage, and discuss the issues you have.

Topics will change each year, but for 2020 we are spending 4 hours together on all things virtual.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a morning and afternoon series and you MUST attend both to receive 4 TASL Credits.
