New Leaders Cohort: Staffing and Scheduling to create high quality learning environments - February 10, 2022 (8:30am-12:30pm CST)

Are you new to your leadership role, new to your school or grade level, or do you just need new ideas around scheduling for academic success and student engagement? Do you need more information on “Staffing in Schools”? Can recruiting strategies help you build a more productive team? Are you doing everything you can to mentor those under your care? Do you have questions about hiring and active Tennessee certifications? If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then this is the event for you!

For this virtual event, we are looking at scheduling from four different perspectives, Human Resources, Middle School Schedules, Elementary Schedules and Special Programming, and Using Data to Create a Positive Learning Environment. Our presenters will include Leslie Duke the Human Resources Supervisor from Franklin Special School District, Kristie Knitter, Elementary School Counselor from Murfreesboro City Schools, and Amanda Adams Middle School Counselor from Rutherford County Schools. Dr. Shelton will also present on the use of data to positively impact scheduling and learning environments for grades 9-12.

Do not miss this event if you are interested in having the best staff possible and in helping that staff work in the best schedule to foster student learning and a positive school culture.
