This event is planned for Assistant Superintendents, Supervisors, and of course Superintendents are always welcome to ALI events.  We will cover three topics in this session, Budgets, New Initiatives, and Strategic Planning. Our speakers will lead us in conversation around these three topics and then we will break out in smaller groups to discus your work around these topics in more detail.

Mary Ann Durski with the TN Department of Ed., will be our opening presenter and will discuss Budgeting.

Michelle Gilbert, Superintendent of Hickman County,  will be next, and she will discuss the implementation of new initiatives in Tennessee school systems.

Joey Hassell, Superintendent of Haywood County, will finish up our day with a discussion around Strategic Planning.
