Join school leaders from across Tennessee for a dynamic and practical professional learning experience focused on elevating student achievement through intentional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and instructional coaching and the use of AI to make it all easier. This event will explore how strong Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), effective use of formative and summative data, and strategic coaching cycles can create a culture of continuous improvement in every school. We will look at strategies to increase student engagement while decreasing off-task behaviors. In other words, all the things both principals and assistant principals want to know! We are calling this session “Collaborate to Elevate” because we want to help you leverage PLC’s, Data, AI, your behavior plans, and coaching to reach your full potential.
Principals, Assistant Principals, or Principal Leadership teams will engage in interactive sessions, hear from successful Tennessee school leaders, and walk away with concrete strategies to implement or refine PLC structures, build coaching capacity, and use data to drive instruction and intervention. Participants will also explore how to align these practices with Tennessee’s accountability and TVAAS frameworks to ensure measurable gains in student outcomes. You will be building a cohort of like-minded leaders while strengthening existing systems or building new ones. This session offers the tools and supports you want to lead your school to higher levels of performance.
