Request for Proposals
The Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents (TOSS) is inviting advisors to submit proposals to serve as an Investment Consultant to the Board of Directors of TOSS and its Finance Committee and provide guidance and direction in the:
Development and approval of an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for the various accounts and funds of TOSS
Selection of fund managers for the management of endowment funds and capital reserves
Preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial planning services for TOSS membership or identification of a source for comprehensive and personalized financial planning services for TOSS members
