Big Idea Thinking:  Importance of Learning in a Changing World

 The Tennessee Organization of School Superintendents (TOSS) and Apple invite you to join us for this leadership workshop.   The day will focus on developing big ideas, managing the change process and executing the plan for the big idea within your school district.  

Please join TOSS and Apple for this engaging, interactive and hands-on forum focused on helping district leadership teams create and implement successful learning and teaching initiatives.  Effective change management requires good leadership skills to move a team through change smoothly and achieve the desired outcome.  The goal of the forum is to give participants a deeper understanding of big idea development to create, manage, and execute large-scale personalized teaching and learning initiatives. 

Topics addressed in this forum will include:

How to build an organization of the future

How to Manage change in complex times

How to Create a culture to execute big ideas

How to identify key trends in successful personalized learning and teaching initiatives

Who Should Attend?

Attendees should be a team of leaders (minimum of 3 is preferred) per district; Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer, Assessment Director, Principal and others at the discretion of the Superintendent.
