This year, our TOSS Awards Banquet and our Professional Development day of the Superintendent Study Council Conference will be going virtual!

We will kick things off on Monday, September 21 at 10:00 a.m. CT with our annual TOSS Awards Banquet (with a virtual twist) where we'll present the Friend of TOSS Award, George "Kip" Reel Award, and the 2021 Tennessee Superintendent of the Year! We'll also be recognizing our new and retiring superintendents, along with a few others. Click here for the full program and more information. 

On Tuesday, September 22 at 10:00 a.m. CT we will begin with our TOSS membership meeting. At the conclusion of that meeting, the one and only Chuck Cagle (TOSS Legal Counsel) will be providing some great professional development to our superintendents. 

Wednesday and Thursday will be the Department of Education's two days of the virtual Superintendent Study Council Conference. The Wednesday session will begin at 10:00 a.m. CT with the topic "Using the Best for All Central Hub for Distance Learning." Thursday will also begin at 10:00 a.m. CT, and will focus on "Strategic Plan in a COVID-19 World."
