Plan to roll up your sleeves, learn, discuss, and think deeply!  And bring a thought partner from your district.

Spend the day examining Clarksville-Montgomery County’s multi-faceted approach to leadership development. Working with the philosophy of “lead where you stand”, over time the district has developed a leadership system that has positively impacted teachers, custodians, principals, and central office staff.  The result has been a positive impact on the attainment of Clarksville-Montgomery County’s district goals and increased student and educator growth.

Regardless of your district’s size or resources, you will find much that you can replicate-from their Introduction to Leadership, to Teacher-Leader Development, Aspiring Administrators Academy, and MCREL’s Balanced Leadership Framework (and much more).
