It is 2020. You have more on your plate and ever before. Now, as always, you need to continue to recruit and retain the best and brightest educators. This event will feature your fellow ALI members discussing how they are recruiting, mentoring, and leading in 2020 to create a culture of ‘teacher success’. Join us for this one day, two part event as we share how to engage, encourage, lead, and mentor staff to success in 2020/2021.
