Supervisors Cohort Event: A look at our roles and duties and how we work together for continued success - October 5th, 2021 (9:00am - 12:00pm CST)

When you are in the central office, it is easy to get caught up in the many roles you must play, even ending up in a lonely silo. This event will bring together a former assistant superintendent who now sits in the superintendent’s seat , and other system leaders to team building, training, collaborative planning, budgets, and all things needed to excel in the role you have. This event will help you better understand the roles of your peers. We want you to love where you are, and to be understanding of your team,  seeing the big picture of leading from many offices. We will also have time to discuss data, curriculum, and leading learning.

This event is for those of you who are in these roles or who think they want to be in these roles!
