In the role of Assistant Principal, you have many jobs and roles. This event will help you better understand the following two.   

1. Using data to drive decision making in schools

AND

2. Using counseling and counselors to build strong, data- centered teams and programs. 

The keynote presenter, James ( Jimmy) Sullivan from Rutherford County Schools will discuss the use of data to build a strong foundation in your school. His keynote presentation will allow each of you to better understand where your students are academically. The focus will be on “Learning Loss, Learning Opportunities, and Data.” You will walk away from this event with more information about using data, but also more knowledge of the best ways to build a team that helps you and your students grow and learn over time.
