This virtual seminar is for those who have a new title and want to really focus their work on student engaged learning. This event is for the new leader or those what are not so new but want an extra boost of encouragement as they begin the 2021/2022 school year. The event will feature three one-hour segments with time for discussion between each.

Join Dr. Wanda Shelton as she leads this discussion around three important topics; topics that can help make year one or year thirty-one your best!

9:00 -10:00 Leading Your Team: Let’s look at “The Way of the Shepherd” and why it is more important in 2021 than ever before.

10:10-11:00 What are your leadership “Buckets of Work”? How do you fill each bucket? How do you measure your success?

11:10-12:10 What does your Strategic Plan require of you and your team: How do you begin to own your school’s plan?

12:10-12:30 Small group discussions/Review/Wrap-up
