After years of delivering training, working with the TOSS ALI Advisory Council, and meeting with state leaders, TOSS ALI began providing learning opportunities for our Principal subscribers in cohort settings so that the principals could both build knowledge and capacity, while engaging with others in their role in our state. This year's topic of study is “Leading, Learning, and Data Points.”  Nominated presenters will discuss a variety of data points from TVAAS to screeners and lead discussions around how their work with these data points has helped them progress toward established goals.

This 4-hour event will feature a fully vetted, superintendent nominated leaders who are currently 'doing the work' of a principal. Presenters will focus on the use of data and data points in our work. These presenters will share how their focus on team building and data has helped them reach both their short-term learning goals and their long-term strategic planning goals. Attendees will be given time to confer with their peers in facilitated breakout sessions and for collaboration as needed. Presenters will include Dr. Allison Clark, Dr. Lucas Winstead, and Dr. Patricia Speight.
