Assistant Superintendent’s Cohort Event: Teams, Supports, and Climate

Each year, we offer two or three cohort events that are designed for Assistant Superintendents. These days are designed to help our Assistant Superintendents develop relationships with like-minded leaders from across our state as they learn about select topics. On this date in December, our event will be focused on team building and supports.

It is all things that help leaders build great teams, support learning, and create a positive climate. You will first hear from Dr. Mia Hyde as she talks about her work with CER and the collaboration, they are building across our state with system leaders. You will then hear from Dr. Mick Shuran, Dr. Catherine Stephens, and Dr. Myra Newman. They will help us learn more about building strong teams, supporting those teams and their evaluations, and how we can support our teams as they battle learning loss, opportunity, and interventions.
