Women in Leadership: Coping with Leadership Challenges - An interactive adventure in leading and learning ~ February 8, 2022 (8:30am-12:30pm CST)

Please join us for our first totally interactive virtual event. The three “C”s of Women in Leadership discussion will continue with “Coping” as our discussion topic.

A total of five superintendents will bring with them a scenario that requires some coping skills to complete. Each superintendent will have three PowerPoint Slides to present their scenario, then we will break up in small groups to plan a solution. These will be real life events and it is a perfect opportunity for male and female leaders to learn with and from each other!

These leaders will bring scenarios on learning, safety, policy, political issues, and culture.

Presenters:

Dr. Russell Dyer (Cleveland City) - Coping in 2021/2022

Dr. Wanda Shelton (TOSS) - Coping in Crisis/Disaster

Dr. Jeannie Phillips (Oneida Special) - Coping and Personal Growth and Change

Dr. Versie Hamlett (Fayette County) -  Coping with Community

Dr. David Snowden (Franklin Special) -  Mentoring Leaders: Creating Coping Strategies for Staff
