Description:

Educators are passionate about leading learning, and they want their students to excel. I have never met a teacher that did not want their students to learn and grow, but sometimes, even those educators who have been in their classrooms 7, 15, or even 25 years need help to reach their goals.

This event will focus on options to successfully mentor the seasoned educators in your systems and schools. Your goal to retain those educators who'll be turned into an on-going plan of supports. It will allow each attendee to begin work to develop their own plan for mentoring seasoned teachers/educators.
