Our ALI members think it is time to look at some of the ‘next steps’ in teacher evaluation.  Join us on June 2, 2022 as we learn from Tracy Riddle. Tracy was recommended to us as a guest presenter by her TDOE peers, our Superintendents, and an ALI member. After our planning conversations, We know you will be happy you elected to hear her present to us in June. Tracy will discuss how we can use the pre- and post-conference to enhance the evaluation process, how coaching strategies and coaching questions can support instructional programming, and how we can support teachers as leaders as we evaluate their year in the classroom. We planned this event for June 2, 2022 so that we can work together at the end of this year’s evaluation process and begin planning for 2022/2023.

The event will focus on these two topics, “Mindset Shift: Using the Rubric to have meaningful Pre and Post Conferences”, and Coaching Strategies and Coaching Questions: How can we use evaluations to support academic growth? Of course, there will be time for other ideas and for questions and answers.
