Focusing on the transfer of student learning during classroom instruction is a powerful way for evaluators and classroom teachers to increase conceptual understanding of classroom observation. In this enlightening professional development opportunity, participants will analyze the Instruction rubric through the lens of student outcomes and behaviors and plan post-conferences that will provide teachers with useful feedback on the impact of daily instruction.
All training materials and supplies will be provided. The trainings will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at approximately 3:00 p.m. Sessions will be offered in East (Dec. 1st, Sarah Simpson Center), Middle (Dec. 2nd, Martin Center), and West (Dec. 3rd, Hardeman County BOE). Lunch will be provided.
