Making A Case for Self-Care

In this virtual webinar, Julia Hoge, Ed. S, NCC, LPC-MHSP (temp), will lead us through some of the most recent research on the importance of making time for your self-care and ending the stress-cycle, how impactful increasing little bits of wellness throughout the day can be, and easy tips to get started right away at increasing daily joy and efficacy in your work.  In an interactive and data-driven morning together, Julia will make a case for how committing to the practice of proactive self care won't only benefit you, but also your colleagues, communities, and families as well.
